An increasingly common sight on the streets of Silicon Valley is the Self-Driving Car. This display at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View states that in the USA about 33,000 lives are lost each year due to traffic accidents and about 90% of those fatalities are due to driver error. Proponents claim that Self-Driving Cars have the potential to save tens of thousands of lives each year.
