Gotham City comes to Silicon Valley

Several blocks of Old Palo Alto were closed to automobile traffic for an open air Halloween party and to recreate Gotham City.    Here we see a young police officer patrolling the mean streets of Batman’s home turf.  Watch out young man, the Penguin could be lurking nearby!
