A Stanford Student

Student:  Hello, my friend and I are undergraduates at Stanford University.  We’re here at Happy Donuts interviewing people for a class project.  Would you be willing to talk with is?

HoSV:  I’d be happy to.  Have you heard of HONY?

Student:  HONY is the inspiration for our project.

HoSV:  Cool!  Let me grab my camera.  I have a HONY inspired project as well.  It’s called Humans of Silicon Valley.  May I interview you?

Student:  Go ahead.

HoSV:  Where are you from originally?

Student:  I’m from Colorado.

HoSV:  Are you enjoying the Silicon Valley?

Student:  I sure am, but I miss the weather back home.

HoSV:  What’s you major at Stanford?

Student:  History and sociology.  But I have yet to decide exactly where I’m going to go from there.

HoSV:  If you could visit any time and place in the past where would you go?

Student:  I’d like to see Rome around 80 AD, that or the American west in the 1870’s.  Rome would be wonderful but I’m concerned with sanitation and waste management and they didn’t do such a good job of that.

HoSV:  What famous individual from the past would you most like to meet?

Student:  So many people come to mind, I don’t think I could choose just one.  There’s Thomas Jefferson, John Adams and Theodore Roosevelt to name just a few.  Who would you like to meet?

HoSV:  I’d like to meet Isaac Newton for sure.  I’d also like to meet Jesus just so I could clear up some of the confusion that surrounds him.
